Install each package directly for Codex or Claude Code, or let ACK select the skill, assemble pinned evidence, invoke the configured provider in an isolated workspace, and validate the returned draft. Direct invocation remains useful when an agent already has the right repository context. ACK orchestration is for repeatable evidence and deterministic validation.
