# SVC-03 independence-graph reproduction

This synthetic fixture applies eight unchanged operational probes to five
topologies over the same four capabilities. It derives release, data, failure,
latency, operational, staffing, and compliance coupling before applying three
decision contexts. Labels never select a topology and no score is calculated.

Run `./run.sh`. After committing, run
`./bin/run-clean-export.sh <commit>` to reproduce from an archive.
