# DBG-11 release-gate reproduction

This deterministic fixture models automatic and separately managed transitions
before code activation. It rejects missing evidence, incompatible old/new code
overlap, and failed required transitions.

Run:

```sh
./run.sh
```

It does not execute a database, framework, web server, migration, or deployment.
All releases, transitions, and evidence are synthetic.
