# DBG-07 timeout-budget reproduction

This synthetic fixture allocates request and connection timeouts from one
caller's remaining deadline and a cleanup/response reserve.

Run:

The fixture performs deterministic arithmetic only. It makes no network calls,
measures no provider, and does not recommend its teaching values for
production.
