# CHG-01 redesign evidence reproduction
This deterministic fixture demonstrates the distinction in “A Directory Map Is
Not a Redesign Plan.”
It compares:
- one directory-shaped context proposal;
- runtime calls across three deployables;
- three independent data owners;
- five consumers with different needs; and
- business, failure, data, and mechanical changes.
Run:

Every component, consumer, change, and count is synthetic. The fixture does not
reproduce or identify a private system, organization, repository, provider, or
production outcome.
